GROUP FACILITATION 

Group services are for non-profit & for-profit organizations, institutions and schools that are seeking my talks, teachings & workshops on various topics including mindfulness, somatics, authentic relating and systemic trauma. Please inquire about pricing for group services. Fees are based on group size, location & services offered.

AUTHENTIC RELATING (AR) FACILITATION
60—120 MINUTES

Authentic relating sessions are group-practice sessions inviting attendees to be genuine, embodied and authentic through relationship building games and practices. Authentic relating workshops encourage honest relationship building and can be energizing, support curiosity and harness compassion with peers, colleagues & friends. 

AR Facilitation may be beneficial to those who are:

  • Seeking to support their group in co-creating honest, loving & playful connections through games, conversations & agreements. 

  • Exhausted from chronic performativity that is taxing on the nervous systems and can leave individuals feeling disconnected by social connection. 

  • Interested in building authentic connection with co-workers, peers, colleagues in service to the longevity and sustainability of the group system. 

RUPTURE & REPAIR GROUP FACILITATION
120—180 MINUTES

Rupture is a common wounding in the journey towards intimacy and commitment between humans and communities. We inevitably disappoint or are disappointed by others and may find it difficult to move forward or find resolution. This group facilitation uses anti-oppression and intersectionality as part of the container building to move towards humanity building and liberation for all parties involved. 

Rupture & Repair Group Sessions may be beneficial to those who are:

  • Struggling with a specific rupture or problematic group dynamic that has broken down the integrity, safety or coherence of the group. 

  • Looking for facilitation rooted in anti-oppression, systemic justice, embodiment practices, mindfulness, somatic experiencing®, authentic relating and dharmic principles. 

  • Seeking to move all attendees towards repair, accountability & resolution. 

MINDFULNESS FACILITATION & TALKS
—60 MINUTES

Mindfulness facilitation supports groups to increase their capacity to be present along with cultivating the qualities of self-compassion, equanimity, and self-acceptance. These sessions are both educational & practical in developing concentration, awareness, groundedness, honesty & non-reactivity through practice, patience & persistence. 

Mindfulness Facilitation may be beneficial to those who are:

  • Interested in learning about and practicing mindfulness including the art of self-compassion, equanimity & cultivating an inner Witness. 

  • Desiring to feel more embodied, present and peaceful  interpersonally and collectively. 

  • Struggling with attention and focus and need guidance in where to direct your attention and efforts.

SYSTEMS LEVEL SOMATICS (SLS)

SLS offers attendees knowledge & practices regarding the impact of systemic trauma on both marginalized & dominant populations. Systemic trauma includes colonization, white-supremacy, racism, sexism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, capitalism & classism. In addition, through dyadic and group practices, attendees will apply somatic practices in supporting the survival & expansion of diverse & marginalized populations. Woven through the retreat are authentic relating & mindfulness exercises as well as group reflections on the value of faith, ritual, play, protest & imagination in processing/healing systemic trauma.

Systems Level Somatics may be beneficial to those who are:

  • Struggling to create a container that integrates the experiences & needs of marginalized attendees. 

  • Receiving critical feedback from marginalized attendees regarding a lack of systems level awareness or competency in the organization. 

  • Desiring to have more intersectional and systemic knowledge and practice integrated in their organization.

  • Seeking to expand their organizations perspective to include systemic trauma, oppression & competency to increase safety, inclusion & diversity.
